PPL Shipyard can cater to the construction of 5 PPL 375 Pacific
Class Jackup rigs at various stages of construction. The rig hulls would be assembled on land on 3 specially configured launchways. A purpose built leg erection station allows for the erection of leg sections via the platform ringer crane. 4 Blasting chambers (2 x 25m x 14m x 30m) (2 x 25m x 10m x 30m) for
blasting and painting of fabricated blocks. 4 custom built blasting
and painting chambers for leg sections. Leg sections are
produced via 2 main construction jigs. A 240m wharf can cater
for repair and upgrading of jackups. The Tuas yard is presently configured to construct 1 PPL 375 Pacific Class Jackup. 2 Blasting chambers (7m x 25.5m x 9m) and two concrete floored fabrication slabs.
